Lewis Maiden

The death occurred peacefully at home on the 12th February 2019 of the late Mr Lewis Maiden aged 81 years of Hadfield. Lewis leaves his very loving family and will be sadly missed by all who knew him. The funeral will take place on Thursday 21st February 2019, with a service and committal at Dukinfield Crematorium at 11.30 am. Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, are to Macmillan Nurses.


Tess (Mary Teresa) Fish

Tess (Mary Teresa) Fish, from Hollingworth, passed away peacefully on Monday 4th February at Tameside Hospital. Her husband, Pete Fish, was by her side. Tess leaves loving family and friends. There will be a service at St. Charles Church, Hadfield at 11.30 am on Monday 25th February 2019. Family flowers only please by request; donations can be made directly to St. Charles Church or through the funeral director.


Mrs Lilian Shaw

The death occurred at Tameside General Hospital on 15th February 2019, of Mrs Lilian Hough aged 91 years, of Hadfield. Lilian leaves her very loving daughters Linda, Carolyn and Tessa and she will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

The funeral will takes place on Thursday 28th February 2019, with a service at St Andrew’s CE Church Hadfield at 12.30 pm and will be followed by an interment at Glossop Cemetery at 1.15 pm.
